About Coltivare
Located just a block from The Commons, Coltivare is a downtown Ithaca culinary center, event venue, and farm-to-table restaurant. The striking beauty of the facility and the inviting atmosphere combine to create the perfect backdrop for their farm-to-table mission.
Coltivare means “to cultivate” in Italian. We cultivate learning and the land and transform the harvest into local, farm fresh dining. Our professionally staffed restaurant supports four related degree programs as well as sourcing much of its produce from the TC3 Farm in Dryden. Serving seasonal New American fare locally sourced and inventively prepared, we let the flavors of the Finger Lakes shine through. We also feature a full selection of craft cocktails, regional wines, and New York State beer.
About Naomi & Rick
Naomi Sommers & Rick Manning are a ‘string to ear’ acoustic duo performing Naomi’s original songs and some covers, along with many of Rick’s original fiddle tunes and traditional tunes. They enjoy singing in harmony.
